A view from above of the washer and dryer protruding two inches from the cabinets. McCreary Homes forgot to allow for the dryer vent in their calculations for the countertop. A recessed vent connection would have to be put in, in order for it to work correctly - they also had it plumbed and electrically wired incorrectly for the appliances we picked out. No attention to detail.

Washer and Dryer are unable to fit under the countertop as designed

These are fluorescent lights that we never ordered. We were charged for them and they were never used in the house.

This is a picture of an extra corbel that the framers had delivered but it was never used in the construction of our home.

Notice the warping on the vanity top in the bathroom.

When the vanity started leaking water was running everywhere.

Note the amount of water collecting under the vanity. (The only way to stop the water was to shut off the whole house. Not very practical. The leak was before the shut off valve.)
